The all-inclusive running group based at the YMCA, Wimbledon. Come along and try the training sessions - we are here to help you with your running and fitness.
All abilities welcome, including beginners.

Anyone: Beginners, improvers or performers. All welcome.
 
What do we do?
Key running training for all abilities: Speed, strength & speed-endurnace.

  Where & when?
Meet in the Wimbledon YMCA foyer on Wednesday evenings; 7-7:15pm for those new to running and 7:30pm for the main session. Feel free to just turn up.
 
How will I benefit?
Develop your core speed and strength. Individual training support provided.
